The two-week Diagnosis Sprint for Leadership

The sprint begins once the scope is agreed and the diagnostic fee has been paid. It is separate from, and does not commit you to, implementation.

    • Review relevant business data and documentation
    • Conduct agreed stakeholder interviews
    • Examine processes, workflows and operating practices
    • Establish available performance baselines
    • Investigate potential contributing constraints
    • Identify the functional expertise required
    • Search for and evaluate practitioners with relevant industry and functional experience

    Week 2

    Validate, evaluate practitioners & plan

    • Consolidate and prioritise findings and constraints
    • Develop the recommended intervention
    • Define the proposed Pod structure and roles
    • Review practitioner profiles and experience
    • Discuss practitioner availability and proposed terms
    • Build the roadmap, deliverables, milestones and success measures
    • Prepare the implementation commercial proposal

Potential diagnostic activities for this Pod

Not a fixed checklist. The agreed scope decides which activities are carried out.

    • Review leadership routines
    • Examine decision rights and accountability
    • Identify management capability gaps
    • Review performance and coaching practices
    End of the sprint

Your Business Performance Diagnosis & Intervention Plan

A structured report delivered at the end of the two weeks, covering six areas.

    A

    Business performance diagnosis

Objectives, the problem investigated, findings, identified gaps, supporting evidence, contributing constraints and limitations.

    B

    Recommended intervention

What needs to change and why, functions and workflows involved, sequence, priorities, dependencies and risks.

    C

    Proposed practitioner profiles

Background, industry and functional experience, proposed role, responsibilities, availability status and proposed arrangement.

    D

    Proposed Pod structure

The roles required and why each one is needed. Not every engagement needs every role.

    E

    Implementation roadmap

Scope, activities, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, duration, your dependencies, governance and the commercial proposal.

    F

    Measurement framework

Relevant indicators and baselines where data exists. Targets are agreed with you; no outcomes are guaranteed.

    Practitioner matching

Practitioners Matched to Your Business Problem

GETPX identifies the functional expertise required to address the diagnosed problem, then evaluates suitable practitioners based on industry experience, functional capability, intervention requirements and availability.

Leadership challenges in a founder-led scale-up differ from those in a large operation, so practitioners are matched to the organisation's stage and context.

Proposed practitioners are identified and evaluated during the Diagnosis Sprint. Final appointments are subject to availability, client approval and agreed commercial terms.

    1. 01Define the diagnosed problem and required outcomes

    4. 04Identify practitioners with relevant industry experience
    5. 05Review relevant experience and suitability
    6. 06Confirm availability and proposed responsibilities
    7. 07Present proposed practitioner profiles to you
    8. 08Finalise appointments after you approve the proposal and agreements are completed
